This 60 sqm apartment is ultra-centrally located in the University Square area, has French new and old- style design, hardwood floors, and is decorated with great attention to detail. It features a large, cosy terrace, with nice view, away from the city noise. Guests enjoy 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a generous, cosy living room, fully equipped kitchenette, and the lovely terrace. Located on the 6 th Floor, in a building with elevator, the place can accommodate up to 6 people. Downtown 1, Downtown 2 and Little Paris apartments are located in the same building. Downtown 1 and 2 have the same building entrance. Little Paris entrance is around the corner. Both bedrooms have queen-size beds, and the sofa in the living room is extendable and transforms into a comfortable double-bed. Kitchenette is equipped with refrigerator, electric top stove, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, kitchenware (pot, pan, cutlery, glasses, cups). One bathroom has toilet, sink and bathtub, the other bathroom has toilet, sink and walk-in shower. Check-in is available at any time after 14:00 (including during the night), as the apartment has self- check-in facility. Related instructions will be communicated before check-in. Baby bed and high-chair are available upon request and subject to extra-cost - 5 euro/night for the kit made both items. Price is the same if only one item is requested. The building is across the street from Intercontinental Hotel, University Square is 2-minute walk, the Old City is 5-minute walk, the Revolution Square and Romanian Athenaeum are 8-10-minute walk. Public transport is available few minute walk (metro is 50 meters from the building entrance).
